Your uploaded documents, query history, and AI-generated responses are accessible only to authorized users within your organization. We do not use one customer's data to train models or improve results for other customers.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes.
Uploaded documents and associated AI embeddings are deleted when you remove them from the platform or upon account termination.
